South Bihar Power Distribution Company Limited, Government of Bihar has official website by which consumer of electricity can view their bill and pay online bills using this portal.
Welcome to the Online Electricity Bill Payment System of SBPDCL, Bihar State in India. There is two categories for view this bill LT Consumer and HT Consumer.
Steps/Algorithm to view and pay bill of SBPDCL Portal are given below:
- Go to website: http://bills.sbpdcl.in
- You will see the page welcoming you Online Electricity Bill Payment System, Bihar asking you to enter required information.
- Please Select a Division
- Please Enter Consumer ID or Account Number
- Select if you are LT Consumer or HT Consumer
- Click "View & Pay Your Bill"
- Select Mode of Payment
- Get Confirmation of Bill Payment
- Print the receipt
- Finish
Delivery: Every consumer who pays the utility bill online will be provided with an printable Acknowledgment e-Receipt after successful completion of payment. The consumer who registered their email-id and mobile no. will get the information of payment on e-mail as well as SMS on their mobile.
Refund: In the event of refund of the amount to the consumer for any reason, the amount will be refunded to the Consumer on the concerned credit / debit card through Internet Payment Gateway process only and no cash refunds will be made.
The Transaction Processing Fee inclusive of service tax for Payment Gateway Facility - Credit/ Debit Card shall be charged from SBPDCL Consumers and will not be refundable. Any claim of interest on refund amount will not be entertained.
Cancellation: If any transaction fails, the same will be refunded to the respective A/C of the payee within 2-3 days by the Bill Desk after reconciliation. The other terms will remain same as the Refund policy.
